This novel is the first literary work that, taking a social realism approach, expresses the historical, political, and social facts of the genocide known as Geok Tepe. In this descriptive-interpretive research, using content analysis, the reflection of this historical event was studied in the aforementioned literary work. The point of departure for the research was the following two questions. Firstly, whether the author has been able to reflect the historical event avoiding mere emotions or not? Secondly, to what extent are the historical references of this novel consistent with historical documents? The analysis reveals that the author by accurately reflecting the causes of the attacks of the Tsarist Russian troops in three battles with the Turkmen people in the years 1873, 1878, and 1881, has created a literary narrative conforming to the historical documents of the event of Geok Tepe and the death of nearly fifteen thousand people, amid the silence of the Qajar government, and finally the signing of the Treaty of Akhal whereby Iran, in favor of Tsarist Russia, ceased claim to a part of its territory. <br />  <br />  رمان «وقت جنگ دوتارت را کوک کن» نوشته یوسف قوجق (1394)، رمانی اقلیمی، تاریخی است که­ توسعه‌طلبی‌های روسیه تزاری در بیابان‌های شرقی دریای خزر را در روایتی ادبی بازگو می­کند. این رمان نخستین اثر ادبی است که با رویکرد رئالیسم اجتماعی، حقایق تاریخی، سیاسی و اجتماعی از نسل­کشی مشهور به منطقه گوک­تپه را بیان می­کند.<br />در این پژوهش به شیوة تحلیل محتوا با رویکرد توصیفی تفسیری، انعکاس رویدادی تاریخی در این اثر ادبی بررسی شده است. نقطه عزیمت پژوهش بر دو پرسش قرار گرفته که آیا نویسنده توانسته با پرهیز از احساسات صرف، واقعه­ای تاریخی را انعکاس دهد؟ همچنین میزان ارجاعات تاریخی این رمان تا چه اندازه با اسناد تاریخی مطابقت دارد؟ تحلیل یافته­ها نشان می­دهد، نویسنده با انعکاس دقیق زمینه­های حملة قشون روسیه تزاری طی سه نبرد با مردم ترکمن­ صحرا در سال­های 1873، 1878 و 1881میلادی، روایتی ادبی منطبق با اسناد تاریخی از چگونگی واقعه گوک­تپه و مرگ قریب به پانزده هزار نفر در میان سکوت دولت قاجار و سرانجام انعقاد قرارداد آخال برای واگذاری بخشی از سرزمین ایران به روسیه تزاری را پدید آورده است.<br />  https://hsow.journal.araku.ac.ir/article_35686_822d2e6c61952fcef5021c9ebcd6fa96.pdf
